We are looking for a Sr Manager Talent Acquisition for one of our E commerce Client in Bangalore - Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for core Talent Acquisition profile - Experience in handling Bulk / Volume Recruitment &amp; Lateral hiring across all levels within tight deadlines is must - Leading Talent Acquisition vertical for Pan India location for Sales &amp; Operations Hiring. - Managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time - Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl tools) and implementing them with consistency - Micro Managing a team of recruiters spread across geographies - Creating, Organizing, and Implementing new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires - Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools - Vendor management - Outsourced recruitment partners,3rd Party payroll vendors - Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing - Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy - Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of - Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly Defining Roles, Establishing right structure with reporting and span of control
