Senior Manager/Vice President - Product Management - Internet/Online (6-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and define product vision, strategy, roadmaps & feature concepts

- Manage cross-functional execution of the product roadmap while working closely with design, engineering, QA, operations & business teams

- Communicate Product Requirements seamlessly & clearly with our all stakeholders

- Build strong & delightful users (merchants) facing products, driving key organizational goals

- Synthesize insights from user research, user meetings, usage data & customer feedback to prioritize improvements & new feature ideas

- Have a user-centric approach to think consumer first & unwillingness to make compromises on the user experience

- Own product performance & conduct periodic performance reviews

- Demonstrate ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment & a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

- Lead organizational initiatives to establish best-in-class product management practices

- Mentor & coach product managers & enrich their careers

Requirements:

- 6 to 12 years of product management experience in consumer product companies

- Led team of product managers, designer & engineers in past

- Data-driven: Solid understanding of data/analytics tools & ability to deep dive into data to make decisions

- Strong track record of being able to develop & set release plans, track deadlines, deliverable, resource allocations, issues / risks & create mitigation strategies as needed to deliver quality products on time

- Technical skills sufficient enough to understand complexity without developer inputs & work with developers/architects to make right technical trade-offs

- Experience in operational aspects of product including ability to develop & implement human in the loop processes where technology cannot scale immediately

- Strong communication skills & ability to refine messages basis the audience

- Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity

- Entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, team player with record of leading & mentoring employees
