Senior Manager/Vice President - Insurance Broking/Employee Benefit Operations (11-15 yrs)
Client : The organisation is a Fortune 300 MNC with global presence.
Role : Senior Manager, Operations
Location : Pune
Skillsets Required :
- 11-15 years of experience in operations in Insurance Domain
- Masters Degree from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 University with any of these certifications : LEAN / Six Sigma / KAIZEN / PMI / CII
- Strong People Management experience leading team size of over 80 people
- Worked with off shore processing International organizations with proven track record in service delivery
- Strong Exposure and Expertise in Employee Benefits
- Strong analytical ability, decision making and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Roles and Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Head - Operations, you will be responsible for :
Delivery Management : Heading the Insurance Operations Delivery & Business Management for the Client, Managing SLAs, Partnering with stakeholders on operational decisions.
People Management : Leading a team of 150+ people from the people management perspective with Managers, Deputy Managers, AM etc reporting into you, Managing escalations and identifying improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Management : Delivering timely services to clients and customers with top quality results, Identifying the best opportunities for increasing the work split position between India and operating company.
Internal : Aligning with company's operating model to create logical business operations that deliver excellent customer services, Employee engagement by setting standards for people excellence, Enforcing a regular risk review to create significant R&C profiling.
