We are looking for someone into the Senior Manager / VP Role having Experience in HR Service Delivery for our global management consulting and professional services company@ Bangalore.

- HR organizational change management
- Process improvement
Also should be responsible to drive HR processes or initiatives across the four stages of the employee lifecycle .
Talent Acquisition Talent Management Talent Development and Talent Engagement or Retention. along with applying policies to support delivery and execute growth programs as directed.
This role will be responsible for identification creation and execution of investments for enhancing HR processes in line with the business needs to help HR service delivery ABS and other vendor organizations achieve desired outcomes.
This role is accountable for HR Process Compliance Audits Analytics and Market Intelligence Quality Assurance Technology Business Interface Service Excellence Service Architecture and Service Management for all entities within the GU.
