You'll collaborate with leaders from Engineering and Product Management teams to create innovative experiences across all of our products, leveraging your passion for the art, craft, and science of design. As a design leader, you will: - Display leadership, provide direction, and mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers and Visual Designers - Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse products, platforms, and devices. - Deliver a UX strategy in accordance with a Product Vision, in a planned, evolutionary and iterative fashion. - Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside their core product and technology teams to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed. Ideal Candidate : - Proven skills designing and developing simple to complex products. Experience in designing large-scale products in the consumer or Fintech space will be a huge advantage. - Proven track record building and managing high-performing design teams - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management. - A BDes or an MDes in design is ideal, however for the right candidate, this is not a constraint. - 10+ years of design experience with at least 3+ years in leading teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate design and articulate decisions clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences - Past experience with startups and fast paced environments is an added advantage Note: Super Quality, Very Strong UX / Product Design profile, Must have 3+ YEARS in a Lead or above role (Team Management role), Highly Preferred - Product Company & Design Education. kindly attach your portfolio.
