Senior Manager - US Taxation

We are hiring for Sr Manager US Taxation for a leading MNC based at Visakhapatnam.

The Tax senior will own the complete process and to demonstrate start-up ownership bent of mind to grow the tax and accounting division successfully.

- Facilitate accurate preparation and timely filing of client's state and federal tax forms.

- Establishing and driving the successful function of the tax team and manages their performance

- Create and implement tax plans and work with the accounting and leadership teams

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential areas of risk.

- Ensure 100% compliance with state federal tax laws through a series of systems and system controls

- Keep the team on top of changes to tax regulations and make the appropriate updates to policies and strategies.

Ability to act as a Tax consultant for multiple clients

- Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

- Hands-on with handling direct/indirect reportees including their performance management.

- Good PC skills, including Word, Advance Excel Etc.

- Willing to Work in the US business hours

- Exposure to GoFileRoom is highly advantageous
