Senior Manager - US Tax

CPA / Certified Public Accountant with over 10 + yrs of experience in US Taxation

- Accountable for ensuring the alignment of US IAS team capacity with client demand forecast, manage the hiring and development of staff to ensure required leverage of supervisors, managers and staff are met

- Solicit and act upon client feedback in a proactive and timely manner

- Take a leadership role and develop deep working and business relationships with clients

- Consistently manage client expectations and resolve project issues in a timely and proactive manner

- Demonstrate knowledge sharing by engaging with GSS Tax and the SDC Tax team

- Work with the Tax Delivery Leader to manage project efficiency with delivering consistent quality

- Be responsible for development of project plans, accountable for execution of all strategic elements of the business
