Responsibilities:-
- The role would involve performing tasks and managing team as well in meeting deadline and strive to continuously improve the quality. The candidate has to be extremely hands on and focused towards on time delivery with absolute accuracy.
Key role will be as follows:
- Oversee US Bank Regulatory Reporting process
- Review and coordinate production of Regulatory reports - Daily / Weekly/Monthly / Quarterly / Annual
- Track and monitor all applicable changes in the Reg Reporting landscape
- Co-ordinate and close all data issue identification, monitor and closure
- Develop and maintain Data Dictionary for all Bank Regulatory Reports
- Identify and escalate control issues, errors and efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills :
- CA with 12+ years of experience in similar domain (Preference for US Banking)
- Require hands on experience in the areas of US Banking Regulatory Reporting & US GAAP
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well-defined procedures and changing work mix
Desired Skills :
- Strong communication is essential. Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business
- Team managing experience would be required
Shift Timings: 11:30am- 8:30 pm
