Senior Manager - US Regulatory Reporting - BFS - CA/CPA (9-15 yrs)

Lead a team to perform detailed reviews, oversee & execute the production of the Regulatory Reporting requirements for the U.S. operations and the respective entities, including but not limited to the following:

1) FR Y-9C - "Consolidated Financial Statements for Bank Holding Companies"

2) FR Y-9LP - "Parent Company Only Financial Statements"

3) CCAR- FRY14M, 14Q, 14A- Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review

4) FR Y-11/11S - "Financial Statements of U.S. Nonbank Subsidiaries of U.S. Holding Companies"

5) FFIEC009 - "Country Exposure Report"

6) TIC & BEA Reports, and many other reports filed to the Federal Reserve Bank and State regulators.

Assess, develop, and maintain proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approach for all reporting areas - automated and manual - associated with regulatory reporting function

The Successful Applicant:

- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience

- CA / CPA

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

- Extensive experience leading and managing US regulatory reporting team with changing priorities and ability to complete detailed tasks under limited timeframe

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Reporting concepts and practices

- Ability to understand complex financial products and system architectures, accounting business processes, financial and management reporting (US GAAP), month-end financial close process, regulatory reporting, entity consolidations and multi-currency accounting

- Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
