Description of the Role : UI UX & Analytics 1) Product - Taking complete ownership for the Mobile App Product and giving an end to end experience - Explore, Decide, Buy, Service, Renew, Claim - Understand the current customer trends and digital industry trends and accordingly prepare a strategy for the mobile app - Understand user behaviour on the website using analytics tools like Adobe, Google Analytics, comScore, Omniture, Lead Tracking Systems etc and accordingly devise personalized user journeys - Being aware about the latest design trends and accordingly getting the mobile app design done - Social Media Integration on the mobile app - Ensure best practices are followed while designing such that not only the visual experience is great but the performance / load times of each screen - Ensure mobile app security and compatibility across the newer versions of operating system - Ensure seamless experience on web and mobile - Identifying and on boarding new partners and Managing and Guiding Multiple Vendors for various projects - Keeping a track of all experience and business metrics - Understand all business functions and define buying journey funnels and design requirements accordingly - Be responsible for reducing drop outs at each stage of the buying funnel and ensure a high degree of straight through purchase Competitor Mobility Benchmarking - Build white labelled mobile apps and facilitate deep linking with partners - Timely identification of production issues and getting them rectified 2) Mobile Marketing & Business - Will be responsible for business targets through the mobile app and increasing mobile app download and rating across Android, iOS & Windows - Work out the mobile marketing strategy to ensure mobile app download and business targets are met. - Working out a retention strategy for existing users by incorporating value added services to the app through partnerships - Working out a notification strategy for targeting prospects and existing consumers. - Working out a re-marketing strategy for existing policyholders to increase cross sell and up sell. - Ensure timely replies are given to the customers who comment on Mobile app store pages - Facilitate business / media attribution through various tools - On boarding new vendors and ensuring campaign optimization - Ideating and coming up with innovations that will help improve customer experience & sale through mobile - Reduce operational over heads and cost by introducing automations on the mobile app - Preferably certified in Google analytics and Ad Words" 3. Team Leadership - Lead UI UX & Mobility for the ecommerce & digital marketing team and managing a team size of 5+ - Contribute in team building by hiring quality resources, training them and taking them to the next level - Laying out the growth path for the team 4. Personal Attributes - Proven experience in leading a Team and giving them required direction - Up to date with latest innovations in the industry - Basic Understanding of Life Insurance Category - Understanding of UI UX (being certified will be plus) & Mobile app eco systems- Project management skills - Co-ordination skills with multiple diverse stakeholders in a structured, procedural enterprise environment - Ability to Multi task - Attention to details - Logical & Analytical - Good Communication skills - Strong Interpersonal Skills " 5. Education & Experience - Graduation: B.E. (Comp) or B. Des - Post-Graduation: MBA Marketing or M.Des - "Experience: 7-9 Years - Relevant Consume experience in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Driving Business - Certifications in User Experience & Analytics will be a plus
