Job Opportunity - Charted Accountant - Sr. Manager - Treasury - Bangalore Job Responsibilities : Cash &amp; Bank Management : - Daily review &amp; reporting of fund position for a group - Variance analysis of actual Cashflow vis-vis planned cashflow Overseas Companies : - Treasury related entries, Preparation of Bank transfer request and accounting of entries. - Availing SBLC limits and related documentation Investment Management : - Maintaining a record of investments (FDs/MFs/CDs) - Providing real-time update on cash availability, updating the status on the quantum of restricted cash and free cash - Well conversant with the internal /statutory audit and SOX environment BG/LC/Buyers Credit Management : - Monitoring BG/LC and Buyers credit limit with the banks and reconciliation basis the limits authorized by the board of directors - Execution of loan documentation and charge creation with ROC - Well conversant with UCP, FEMA and RBI guidelines for executing non-fund based product Inter-corporate Loan (ICL)Management : - Inter-company ICL tracker - Adhering to SOX and ICOFR - ICL interest accounting tracker and recon MIS &amp; Audit : - Publishing weekly treasury reports - Month-end schedules - Support Internal/Stat/Management Audit Signatory updating and Account Opening/closure : - Monitor, review and execute addition/deletion of bank signatories, prepare the relevant documents and inform the changes to Banks (Indian and Overseas banks). - Bank accounts Opening/Closure as and when required. Bank Relationship - Managing and owning bank relationship
