A professional with at least 5-9 years of working experience of NBFC in treasury managing both assets and liabilities.

Further, should have knowledge of all money market and capital market instruments, presentable and should be able to add new relationships in the liability system.

Banking Relation

- Liaison with banks for transactions, availing CMS facility, any other facility required time to time

- Ensure to Update of Compliances and Authorized Signatories time to time

- Ensuring cash and bank controls by reviewing of Bank Reconciliation Statements and other related activities

ALM and Risk Management

- Taking end-to-end ownership of ALCO process

- Preparing the entire ALCO deck and working towards delivering the action items

- Competitors analysis of Borrowings and Cost of Funds

Fund Raising

- Preparing and sending application (meeting banker, potential debt investors)for arranging and borrowing for the company.

- Interact with bankers to negotiate and close banking lines

- Reviewing and finalisation of borrowing documents

Investor Relations

- Handling various queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stake-holders

- Preparing various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies.

- Setting up meetings with existing and new investors to help in broaden and deepen the investor base

Economic Research

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, Insurance companies and Corporates to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding

Borrowing Management

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

Investments

- Ensuring to invest surplus across instruments in accordance with borrowing and investment policy of the company

- Ensuring all compliance and reporting as per company, regulatory, Auditors etc.

- Monitoring of investment portfolio time to time as required by management
