JOB ROLE:
- Treasury Middle Office, ALCO, LCR, Regulatory Returns and automation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To work closely with the team to review and ensure the following is delivered:
- Overall responsibility of all TMO functioning which includes:
o Deal approval & its accounting
o Review of all processing done in the month
o Monitoring of Borrowing & Investment Board Limits
o Submission of monthly Treasury Mis / Dashboards to internal stakeholders
- Review all ALCO presentations and submissions
- Focus on LCR management including maintenance, reporting and disclosures
- Automation of various modules which help in streamlining processes within TMO and overall ALCO functioning
- Presentation of all ALM/ ALCO related matters to senior management on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Preparation of Liquidity statements / Disclosures for onward submission
- Understanding best practices within TMO across NBFC's and implementing them.
- Work closely with Treasury BO and MO and the treasurer in achieving efficiencies for the organization
- Understand requirements from auditors as well as rating agencies that can potentially benefit in overall ALM management.
- Work closely with Finance and compliance for all audit related matters and ensure queries are resolved well.
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- CA/ MBA from reputed institute with relevant experience of 8-10 years
- Prior working experience in an NBFC or audit of NBFC treasury area would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of accounting and should poses analytical skills
- Good at excel / PPT
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Able to deliver on timelines and open for new learnings
