Debt Fund Raising:
- Raise Funds through Term Loans & CC,NCD/CP/ECB or other hybrid products
- Cost Management
- Tenure Management
- Fund Raising partners
- Data Requisitions for new banks & Proposal submission
- Loan Document Execution
- Relationship Management
- Relationship Management with all financial partners including Banks/FI's/ Rating agencies, etc.
Compliance:
- Review & Monitoring of the Compliance with each banks/ lender/investor with respect to the covenants and agreement.
- To ensure timely & complete reporting of each bank compliance & covenants that are due.
Rating Management:
- Bank Loan Rating
- Structured Transaction's rating
- Improve the rating
- Data Management/Annual Rating reviews
Cash Flow Management:
- Cash flow control
- Working Capital Management
- Investment of Idle funds
- Bank Reconciliation statements
Data & MIS Management and Internal controls & Reporting:
- Portfolio/ Receivable Hypothecation Management
- Portfolio cuts
- Internal Treasury MIS
- Debt Profiles & Debt Master data
- MIS preparation, updating & controls
- Reporting to various committees
ECB & Structured Products:
- Compliance & Information - ECB & NCDs
- Secularization
