Responsibilities : - Leading Strategic discussions with Banks/Institutional Investors/NBFC's for debt partnership and evaluating the deals for the company. - End to end execution of structured debt transactions including liasoning with Legal and Compliance team for deals closures. - Assessing the Working capital requirements for the business and liase with different banks and financial institutions for raising credit limits in the form of Working capital/Term loan. - Managing all external stakeholders across all partnerships with Banks, NBFC's and other Debt financing partners. - Evaluating Cash Flows for the company and look out for different avenues for effective management of Cash Flows. - Partnering with Banks/NBFC's for all commercial and business discussions. - Evaluating the existing product/fund flows and working towards cash flow optimizations. - Evaluating different business proposals and negotiating with Banks/Partners for Commercials. - Keeping control on the treasury part of the business and evaluating options for investment of funds. Qualifications : - CA with 6-7 years with prior experience of handling Corporate Banking and Treasury. - Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Management and Treasury. - Excellent Communication, Analytical, Presentation and MS office skills. - Strong sense of ownership and positive attitude. - Candidate with a similar role in Fintech Startups, NBFCs, Banks, Insurance & technology startups highly desirable.
