Senior Manager - Treasury - Banks/Financial Institution (5-10 yrs)

Senior Manager - Treasury

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Resource Mobilization: Handle placement of all types of term loan proposals, Debt Capital Market instruments including secured, MLDs, unsecured and subordinated bonds

2. End to end execution of transactions from investor interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalisation

3. Handling all compliance for Securitization, Loan Documentation and ECB/NCD issuance

4. Handle and Manage payments for Borrowings

5. Handling end to end Primary issuance of commercial papers and liasioning with Investors, IPA, RTA, NSDL, CDSL

6. To develop association and maintain relationships with various levels at Mutual Funds, Corporates, Banks, DFIs

7. To keep track of market trends & competition for creating opportunities and identify risks

8. Handling Covenant reporting during the loan life cycle

9. Cashflow forecasting and managing surplus funds through investments in board approved investment option

10. Treasury Reporting and MIS for ALM on regular basis

11. Prepare and assist in filing of RBI Regulatory returns

12. Managing Statutory Audit requirements and Financial Disclosures

Requirements:

1. Good relationship with Banks/Financial Institutions/Mutual Funds/DFIs

2. Understanding of financial products and NBFC working and various regulations affecting NBFCs

3. Understanding regulations for NDSI and SEBI - Debt Listing
