Enable team of TMS Executives to ensure seamless execution of services on Transportation Management System

1) Understand Requirements and functional specifications with business teams

2) Product gap analysis & Impact analysis

3) Review solution design, end-to-end solution workflows. Interact with development team (Regular reviews, provide clarification on functional and Technical specs)

4) Monitoring application behavior/database

5) Root Cause analysis in case of any issue,

6) Manage application configurations. Understanding of queries, User Administration including User Role configurations, User Screens etc.

7) Manage Transportation Management System interface with external systems like GPS, Mobility apps, ERP etc. Capable of developing interface specs.

8) Experience in writing Business Use cases, Test scripts including user documentation and user training materials

9) Conduct System and User Acceptance Testing and validation

10) Understand End-to-End solution workflow and conduct demonstrations on need basis

11) Communication, coordination during project

12) Support solution ecosystem consisting of Web interface, mobile applications and its server interfaces

13) Release Management for Transportation Management System Product
