Senior Manager - Transitions & Project Management - BPO

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Senior Manager Role into Transitions & Project Management for an International BPO based in Gurgaon.

Role Responsibilities:

Define best practices and standard framework while working with BPO function

Design transition methodology for prospective clients

Define Project Scope and layout the project plan

Update all the stakeholders on project status and shares the issues\risks involved proactively

Interacts with different groups involved in the project and Defines project success and determines measurement criteria

Tracks, monitors and communicates projects progress periodically

Design Project plan \ Presentations for client visits

Filling of RFI/RFP

Desired Skills:

4+ yrs hard core Transitions Experience in BPO industry

MUST have 3+ years Project management experience

Working on RFP/RFI/RFQ is a MUST

Transiting for clients is a Key requirement

Hands on making Presentations on everyday basis

Preferred Full Time MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 university

Has or is actively pursuing project management certification (e.g. PMP)

Key Competencies:

Has Prior transitions experience in BPO service industry.

Has good knowledge and understanding of end to end transition methodology for BPO transitions.

Considerable knowledge and skill in project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and responds to questions from groups of mangers, clients, customers and general public.
