Senior Manager - Transition & Migration - International BPO

Spectral Consultants is hiring for an International BPO based in Gurgaon for a Senior Manager role in Transitions & Project Management.

Role Responsibilities:

- Design transition methodology for prospective clients

- Define Project Scope and layout the project plan

- Update all the stakeholders on project status and shares the issues\risks involved proactively

- Design Project plan \ Presentations for client visits

- Filling of RFI/RFP

Desired Skills:

- 3+ Years of hardcore Transitions Experience in BPO industry

- Must have 2+ years of Project management experience

- Must be working on RFP/RFI

- Hands on making Presentations on everyday basis
