Senior Manager - Transition - Female Candidates

Note: Candidates with IT Experience and Operations Background please do not apply. We need hard core Transitions Experience Candidates.

Shifts- Night Shifts ( candidates willing to work in night shifts only apply)

Position is for Female Candidates

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading towers within transitions like Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology and workplace enablement, PMO anywhere from across the India footprint as per project requirement

- Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to

- Responsible in ensuring that the assigned tasks/deliverable are met as per defined timelines

- Execute processes with end to end accountability

- Establish Robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status

- Establish organized ways of working through structured Governance Model & Escalation Matrix

- Analyze the situation, understand, set and manage the expectations from the client and the business to get things "Right the First Time"

- Set and manage expectations with both Internal and client stakeholders to ensure Zero surprises

- Assess potential delay in the project tasks/ deliverables, work with the respective stakeholders to ensure the delay is averted

- Interacts with all internal and client departments in project planning, align everyone to buy-in the project vision and work towards the common goal

- Takes ownership and follow-up with task owners on time to ensure timely and effective completion

- Strong Stakeholder management

- Bring thought leadership to the table that improves migration setup & implementation

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 8 - 12 years of total experience with minimum 2+-5 years years of Project Management/ Solution's experience

- Should have min 2-5 years of Transition Experience. Candidate should be a part of Transition Team not in Operations.

Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream

- Working experience of transition function in BPO industry

- PMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

- Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)

- Strong Executive Presence and Client management

- Ability to work with culturally diverse teams across geographies

- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead & get work done from multi functional teams

- High on drive and initiatives

- Self-confidence with assertive work style

- Good business acumen with ability to synthesize creative solutions and consulting capability

- Out of the box thinker, problem solver

- Able to use Project / Process Management tools like MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office

Other Requirements:

- Valid Passport

- Open to work in flexible shifts

- Flexibility in travel (as per project requirements)
