Looking for a strong Quality expert from leading BPOs - call center operations handling transactional quality portfolio
Job Description :
- Day to Day operations, SL and Floor Operations management
- Organize team huddles and work towards keeping the team motivation at a higher level
- Facilitate Administrative and operational need of the team
- Assign routine tasks to the team
- Prepare consolidated weekly / monthly reports
- Accountable for the success and quality of the process
- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations
- Approves management reporting and tool requirements
- Ability to learn to work with Google internal tools
Requirements :
Knowledge on operations, Customer Service Skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to perform in adverse situations and Very Good MS office Skills and Google Docs
Core Competencies :
- 72+ months of Overall BPS experience
- PEX background preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Handling Escalations from Clients
- High Analytical & Coordination skills are essential
- Excellent project skills
- Very Good people management Skills
- Ability to follow through on projects assigned Internet Savvy.
