Position : Senior Manager - Training

Location : Gurgaon, Cyber City

Organization - It is a leading international media and services enterprise with revenues of over 15 billion Euros. It is an international outsourcing service provider, with an employee base of over 63,000.

Job Role :

Looking for a Senior Manager - Training, with focus area in Behavioural training and Organizational Development for a leading MNC .

The role would initially be an individual contributor but with time the candidate would be required to build his/her own team.

The role would require training the Team members from the front end to the Senior Manager level.

The role would reporting into the HR Head of the Organization.
