Senior Manager - Training & Development (7-13 yrs)
Actively looking for Senior Manager-Training & Development with one of the leading Multinational Company based at Mumbai.For diversity hiring, only female candidates are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Training Need Identification:
- Identify training needs in tandem with the business
- Prepare a quarterly training calendar based on the needs identified and the overall training plan
Design learning interventions:
- Assist creation and implementation of Learning framework
- Design learning interventions for India as per the training needs identified
- Work closely with partners/vendors to design learning interventions by correctly articulating the need and providing business context
- Verify program designs before the launch of pilot runs/business & learning team conversations
- Revive signature programs / re-design learning interventions if needed keeping in mind the changing business needs
Content Development:
- Create Conceptualize, Writing & Printing of training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Prepare and manage training budget.
- Travel to locations, On-board new guards and assign them to training sessions.
- Search for gaps in training content that should be filled to ensure productivity of training session.
- Communicate with Trainers and Management to ensure all needs are met
Deploy learning interventions:
- Launch learning interventions.
- Manage all transactional & operational tasks when deploying the learning interventions
- Facilitate learning interventions when required
Training Administration:
Responsible for back-end training administration by way of maintaining files and records, coordination and follow-ups, vendor management etc.
