We are hiring for Trade & Settlement - Equity with a leading NBFC. - Managing and ensuring accurate settlements for all asset types [ equity, debt, derivatives, futures, swaps, CBLO, Repo, T-bills etc] as per defined settlement process with average volume of around 450 trades daily across all segments. - Monitors booking of trades to ensure they are in line with guidelines specified by SEBI. - Collaborates with Custodian for receipt and delivery of securities / payments according to the deal executed by the fund management. - Collaborates with Fund accountant for timely accounting of trades, valuation to enable timely computation of NAV. - Responsible for fair valuations of unlisted, thinly traded equity and related instruments [rights, bonuses] arising out of corporate actions on equity - Provides timely MIS to internal partners like compliance, fund management, risk management etc and timely reports to statutory bodies like RBI. - Other MIS include: Holding statement, Corporate Actions Statement, Equity Fact sheet data, Debt fact sheet data - Recruits, develops and retains team members - Set clear goals & performance targets and enables team to achieve desired outcomes
