Senior Manager - Trade Marketing - Startup - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (3-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives that include analyzing key business drivers, assessing market opportunities, competitive environment, developing GTM strategies and driving the acquisition process.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns - to generate qualified leads for acquisition
- Partner with Sales & BD team to understand and support them with marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for BTL activities by ensuring flawless execution. Putting processes in place to monitor the effectiveness
- Analyse various consumer data that has been collected through BTL / Research activities
- Manage vendors for promotional activities, events and brand promotion
- Competitive insights from market to be actively sought and updated regularly to sharpen and ensure programs are in line with the target audience requirements.
- Create and publish dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven work experience in Trade Marketing role, preferably with Digital brands
- Experience of launching brands / working on new brands will be valued
- Strong project management abilities
- Ability to work independently / in a start-up culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills - collaborating with colleagues, overseeing activities/campaigns & representing the organization at various events.
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 Institute.
