Senior Manager - Trade Marketing - Beauty/Personal Care/FMCG

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Trade Marketing professional to drive the success of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company's business and providing insights about the category mainly in personal and beauty care to the Sales team.

If you have experience and successful track record with Trade Marketing in FMCG sector mainly working on developing & implementing of Channel & Market development strategies leading to business & category growth and distribution expansion and Driving Market representation strategy while Managing Distributor Investment and ROI.

Responsibilities:

- Enhancing 4P strategies by developing, deploying and monitoring of all programs.

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

- Analyzing consumer data through market research, BTL activities and leading specific marketing strategies and plan.

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

Requirement:

- Post graduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 College with Experience and successful track record in Brand/Trade Marketing with around 8years of experience.

- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- Conceptualizing & Designing merchandises for various Trade Marketing activations.

- End-to-end ownership of large-scale Trade Marketing driven activations.
