Senior Manager - Trade Finance - FMCG/Pharma/Agri (7-12 yrs)
1. Operational responsibilities :
- Assist in leveraging the Deals & Allowances (D&A) budgets to improve sales by offer key insight and analytics besides provide accurate forecast. Conduct a formal review of pre and post evaluation of D&A deals. Ensure Modern Trade spends are minutely monitored and implement systems which are best in class.
- Managing the Selling & Distribution Budgets (S&D) and deliver savings over Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and provide accurate forecast
- Input into Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan with respect to D&A and S&D.
- Devise and institutionalize Key Sales Policies, Procedures and Best Practices.
- Ensure that trade margins and distributor ROIC are constantly monitored and are commensurate with similar business of competing companies.
2. Supporting responsibilities:
- HO Finance in implementation of recommendation of the audit team.
- HO Logistics team in delivering and managing their Freight, distribution budgets efficiently.
3. People
- Responsibility for Performance Management System for his/her team (goal setting, mid-year and annual review)
- Developing and executing individual development plans for his/her team with support from HR.
