Senior Tele-Sales Manager
- Meeting with sales managers, team leaders to discuss tele-sales strategies.
- Ensuring team hiring to ensure budgeted numbers.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team. Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintaining regular connects to ensure overcoming day-to-day challenges.
- Training junior tele-sales staff. Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Close tracking and monitoring on input KPIs to help improve productivity and achieve set targets.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to stakeholders.
- Alignment as well as loop-back to product and data team to help improve on enables to improve quality, productivity and over-all process efficiency.
