Pointers:
Looking for an experienced business leader in Consulting services in Telecoms/ Media space. Must be MBA with 12-15 years- experience in selling and delivering consulting services to large Global Telecoms and Media clients with Tier 1 consulting only organization. Prior experience in diverse telecoms consulting areas including experience in Business consulting, Core Strategy consulting, Process design for different parts of telecoms verticals.
Needs the ability to sell consulting directly to end clients and be able to establish personal credibility with Accenture account teams globally. Must have prior experience of selling leveraged consulting projects from global locations.
We are specifically NOT looking for services/solution leads from product companies supplying software, services or products to these companies. We are looking for consulting profiles from Tier 1 consulting firms only.
Preferred candidates with H1B visa / Green Card
Location - Could be any location (Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore) with up to and including 100% travel to sell and deliver consulting services to Accenture's global clients
US & UK exp is a must.
Essential Experience:
- 12-15 Years of progressive management or strategy consulting experience from with Tier 1 business consulting firm
- Proven experience in generating and delivering business consulting assignments with large Telecoms / Cable clients ideally in a global environment
Consulting / functional experience in core Telecoms domains,
- Exposure to multiple aspects of Telecoms Service Providers including Cable, fixed line, broadband, DTH/IPTV preferred
- Creating and leading project teams in Telecoms
- Working in high-performing, diverse, cross-cultural, client-facing environments
- Demonstrated experience in selling of Consulting services, including through RFP responses/proposals or follow-on sales leveraging existing engagements
- Diverse client facing exposure with an ability to respond to and win RFPs from global telecoms service providers in a spectrum of relevant areas
- Engagement experience / line-management experience with Global clients, or in international locations
