- Technology Support and Technology Implementation team management
- Responsible for managing new client implementation and on-going technology support for existing client and Tech implementation for growing clients.
- Mentoring and Managing Team leads on Support & Implementation Utilization of Tech leads and the entire team capacity
- Alignment of Organizational Goals.
- Responsible and accountable for Accuracy and timelines for all deliverables for the span.
- Providing updates to Senior Management on Projects and on Team. Planning and allocation of bandwidth for Technology implementations.
- Use Consero standard technology to fulfill client's requirement, resolve issues and bugs reported by the client and the Delivery team.
- Have the Tech team provide solution on Consero standard technology platform to fulfill client's requirement.
- Have the Tech support function regularly resolve issues and bugs reported by the Delivery team.
- Work with 3rd party application provider for requirements and bug fixes.
- Involve & provide recommendations & suggestions in strategical decision to improve the Tech function within Consero
- Interact with the US management team to highlight concerns if any or handle escalations.
- Project manage the team during research and discovery of new applications or solutions.
- Work with the team to document and have tech checklist for all the application setups.
Skills & Qualification Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and email management skills Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Should possess functional knowledge in the accounting domain Strong analytical abilities
- Exhibits a high level of initiatives and out-of-box thinking for problem-solving Should be able to project manage multiple client implementations and multi- tasker
- Effective leader for his team with people management skills
- Operate with a considerable degree of credibility and business sense Effective team-player with less supervision
- Excellent coordination skills with other teams/departments Excellent interpersonal skills across towers
- Good presentation skills with documents & PPTs Self-motivator with high energy level
- Should have experience with implementation and working knowledge with accounting ERP's
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting ERP's & other applications as functional consultant.
- 4-5 years of experience working as an end user in major ERP's
- Good experience in Team management, Project management and Technology Implementations
