Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyzing the requirements thoroughly and posting the queries, creating requirement checklists
2. Development of a chatbot which will be domain and flow independent
3. It includes features like NLP, Speech support, Multilingual support, multiple channel support.
4. Working with BSG team for clarifying technical requirements
5. Created FSD for various projects working with ESB and various stakeholders
6. Working closely with ESB team for creating APIs, Services and Queries
7. Helping the team for developing the project End to end with detailed flows
8. Develop, program, test and debug all Chatbots and impacted systems
9. Identify bugs and get them to fix, troubleshoot and solve any related problems
10. Worked closely with the testing team for further improvements of the bots
