Senior Manager - Technical Solutioning - General Insurance (10-20 yrs)

- Implement an integrated managed solution to enrich solution options and drive growth through increased win rates

- Execute a systematic approach to manage the opportunity pipeline for both hunting and mining activities

- Articulate unique and competitive solutions leveraging our consulting capability to enable broader opportunities

- Deliver innovative and compelling proposals efficiently. Create and collate content, create technical solution and deal pricing, customize case studies and collaterals, process flow diagrams, swim lanes, get required approvals and ensure timely completion and submission of the RFI/RFP response

- Demo the solution, highlight capabilities of the solution. Workshops with the client to understand and document their requirements with respect to functional specifications / business specification documents

- Discuss the technical details of the solution. Demonstrable knowledge of software architecture, components, databases, frameworks, UML concepts and tools etc. Abreast oneself with emerging trend 
Digital, Social, Cloud, Mobile, DevOps, Data/Analytics, RPA, etc.

- Governance, reporting and closely working with internal/external clients, ensure brand consistency

- Business Process Consulting

- Record management and business intelligence for the Solutions group - Maintain hygiene of opportunity records, measure and report key metrics

- Engage with the opportunity owners, QC & support on proposals that ensure our best possible offer both in terms of configured GIS or technology

- Maintain guardrails and undertake governance initiatives like contract cycle, salesforce cycle, finance rate reviews, solution involvement, enhancement projects etc.

- Reporting metrics & weekly dashboards

- Liaising with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication

- Leading weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholders

- Preparing / reporting project status periodically, developing and maintaining an exhaustive project plan for each project assigned

What you'll bring to the team:

- Overall experience of more than 10 years and industry experience (Insurance) of more than 3 years.

- Knowledge about complete Insurance value chain i.e. Submission, Quotes, Policy Bound, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing and Reinsurance. Strong understanding of applications and IT Services 
Knowledge of USA, ANZ & EMEA Insurance Industry and its technological trends

- Flexibility and work in collaboration with global functions and stakeholders

- Self-motivated, displays ownership and passion about driving completion. Excellent time management, stakeholder management, decision-making, eye for details, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred experience/skills:

- Pre-sales / Project Management experience

- Insurance and PMP Certification

- 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst - Presales / Business Development role in any reputed Information Technology company

- 6 years plus of professional experience in the Insurance vertical of tier 1 IT provider or analyst / consultant role exposure in a big four consulting firm with solutioning/consulting responsibilities, will be an added advantage

- Process improvement (Lean 6 sigma)

- Proficiency in MS Office & MS Visio

- MP training or certification
