Senior Manager - Technical Hiring - FinTech (5-10 yrs)
Primarily for corporate hiring- Tech ( 70%) and Non Tech (30%)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement company Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, through all channels of Sourcing.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).
- Able to conduct and drive Campus interviews effectively.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition role for 5+ year(s)
- Graduate/MBA degree in Human resources- Preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Technology Hiring
- Excellent understanding of full cycle of recruitment processes
- Hands on experience with any Application Tracking System
