Senior Manager - Taxation - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)

Job Purpose: Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes work for RE Sector
Principal Accountabilities:
1) Completion of Income Tax Audit (7 entities) and GST Audits (20 GSTIN's).
2) Facing Scrutiny/Audit by GST Department.
3) Faceless Assessment under Income Tax.
4) Appeals and Litigation's under GST and Income Tax.
5) Analysis of mergers and any land purchase / Joint development deals.
6) Digitisation / Litigation tracker portal.
7) Leveraging Information Technology for GST and Income Tax.
Performance Measure of Success:
1. Individual Accountability:
- All Taxation Compliances related to Income Tax and GST for all entities and GSTIN's.
2. Shared Accountability:
- Appeals and Litigations.
- Income Tax related refunds and rectifications from Income Tax Department.
Qualification: CA and preferably LLB.
