Senior Manager - Taxation - Direct & Indirect - Auto/Manufacturing - CA (10-15 yrs)

- Leading the Shared Service Direct & Indirect Tax Team

- Lead the tax planning for all group entities and advise the management and functional heads on matters pertaining to taxation

- Ensuring Timely & accurate compliance related to Direct & Indirect taxation

- Handling Various Audits & Assessments related to Taxation

- Handling all Tax related litigations and representing the company in front of Tax departments/Tribunal etc.

- Keeping self and Team/other collegues updated with Latest Tax amendments, notifications, circulars, case laws etc.

- Assisting and providing support to all BU's & Management in any issue related to Tax or taking any tax position

- Participate in various projects requiring inputs on tax matters

- System & Process improvements

- Team Management/Development

Required education and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant

- Experience in Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing & GST

- 10-15 years of tax experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibility.

- Should have handled team of min 15 persons

- Should enjoy problem solving, as well as analysis and appropriate resolution of technical tax issues.

- Positive attitude towards people and work assignments, and collaborative work style.

- Experience with handling team

- Good communication skills, positive attitude, solution oriented mindset & ability to multi task
