Senior Manager - Taxation - CA - eCommerce (5-7 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure compliance as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, Goods and Service Tax Act, Professional Tax etc by various entities of the group
2. Effective corporate tax planning including transfer pricing, international taxation, withholding tax matters, for payment of optimum amount of tax in accordance with law
3. Comply with corporate and personal tax matters by ensuring timely filing of Tax and GST returns and advising for payment of taxes etc.
4. Track various amendments and changes in laws and to intimate the same to the concerned departments of group entities for compliance and to minimize tax liability by interpreting changes in various sections, provisions and clauses of the applicable regulations in favour of the organization. Lead defence against any tax investigation.
5. Ensure timely completion of Tax audits and Transfer Pricing audits
6. Ensuring accurate determination and timely payment of all tax liabilities including Advance tax, GST, Professional Tax on monthly basis
8. Ensuring timely and correct filing of Income Tax and GST returns as per law
Desired Profile
1. CA with more than 5 years of work experience
2. Expert knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards is a must
3 Good experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST).
