Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team in Hyderabad or Mumbai. This role involves delivering comprehensive individual tax services, managing complex 1040 tax returns, and providing expert advisory and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a full range of individual tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the specified timeframe.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional planning, consulting, and expertise.

- Provide tax planning and review complex 1040 tax returns for Private Wealth services or advisory groups consisting of High-Net-Worth Individuals.

- Oversee tax returns and supporting work papers in accordance with US Tax Law, including Form 1040 and quarterly estimates. Knowledge of BNA is preferable.

- Manage all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.

- Identify tax issues and propose solutions to resolve them.

- Work directly with clients to provide exemplary service that exceeds their expectations.

- Receive comprehensive training from Partners and Directors, and work seamlessly with US team members using state-of-the-art technology and electronic office tools.

- Gain expertise in complex tax issues affecting US and Global Companies.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Minimum 8+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.

- CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
