Senior Manager - Talent & Organization Development - SaaS/ITeS (8-12 yrs)
Our Client is a Saas Based Company based out of Pune.
They are looking to hire a Talent & OD specialist reporting into the CHRO. Your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
- Establish a performance management framework that includes OKR's, set up Talent Frame works
- Drive OD initiatives for the organisation such as competency framework
- Drive global organisation culture
- Manage & deliver talent programs across the organisation to promote talent development
The successful candidates :
- Comes with 10-12 years of experience in Talent & OD with an MBA in HR from a reputed B School
- You have consulting experience coupled with working with an IT/ITES Client only
