Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

1. Work with the Head of Learning & Talent in co-creating the Talent Development Strategy

2. Collaborate with HR and Business in ensuring the effective implementation of Talent Review and succession planning process

3. Responsible for designing and executing leadership interventions to build High Potential Talent

4. Conceptualize, design and develop various learning journeys for onboarding, career stage movements and managerial level.

5. Monitor budgets and monthly expenditure reports

6. Develop a learning organization culture that supports and drives change and reinforces innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.

Candidate profile:

1. 7-10 years of experience in HR (Minimum 4-5 years in TM & learning)

2. Master's degree in HR from Tier 1 institution

3. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

4. Ability to work proactively in an unstructured and dynamic set up

5. Ability to work as an individual contributor.
