We are looking for Sr. Manager - Talent Management and L&D for one of Retail Client based in Mumbai (Conglomerate).

Reporting to: Head - Talent Management

Job Description:

- Will manage the Talent Management, L&D, Succession Planning, Organisation Effectiveness for the company and will directly report to Head - Talent Management.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage the TM, L&D, OE for more than 2000+ employee.
