Leadership Development :


1. Ensuring an ongoing process exists that continuously enhances the knowledge and capability of key talent to enable managers to effectively lead the organization toward the achievement of strategic initiatives.

2. Conducting individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.

Succession Planning :

1. Developing and administering a process that focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.

2. Serving as a resource to recruiting and business partners in the identification of candidates for critical roles.

Performance Management :

1. Overseeing the continued rollout of a consistent global performance process that focuses employees efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills/competencies to sustain profitable growth.

Training and Development :

1. Identifying and developing company-wide or individual learning initiatives that cost effectively focus employee development toward achievement of both business and personal career goals.

2. Conducting training needs assessments and recommending and implementing programs to support key skill areas.

3. Supporting the training needs of divisions and departments.

Organizational Development and Design :

1.. Identifying and analyzing organization effectiveness opportunities and recommending initiatives that address global opportunities based on business strategy.

2. Partnering with HR and business leaders to design organizational structures to meet business needs and enhance career opportunities for employees.

Responsibilities :

1. 1-2 years of experience of managing a team

2. MBA in HR/or equivalent from a premier institute is a must

3. Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills

4. Ability to work in a matrix environment

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
