For my current assignment with a leading Fintech company in Bangalore, I am looking for a Sr Manager - Talent Management
Lead, Talent Management : The Lead, Talent Management will design and implement the talent management framework. People are the primary differentiator and enabling autonomy, mastery and purpose for our people is a strategic imperative. Our aim is develop high performing, highly engaged teams with org first thinking.
The function will holistically own talent management including performance management, talent development, organization development, manager & leadership capability, diversity & inclusion and learning among others. The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum environment for strong performance today and in the future.
The position will report to the Head of the CoE function and will work closely with the Head of HR and the Head of CoE to drive execution. The successful candidate will be a systems thinker, with a strong customer focus, strong project management capability and a passion for creating high performance organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a capability management system grounds up in a rapidly growing organisation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Post graduate degree in HR with strong conceptual knowledge
- 6-8 years of experience in various streams of talent management, including talent management and capability development
- Demonstrated ability to use technology to scale
- Ability to think systems and strategy
- Strong project management abilities
- Collaboration and influencing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
