Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Talent Management process including Hi Pot identification and grooming, career development & end-to-end talent development
- Drive behavioral & functional training needs assessments, designing organization wide learning strategy & create training policies, manuals and frameworks
- Design and build efficient knowledge transfer solutions for new business opportunities
- Create annual Training Budgets for the organization
- Introduce innovative learning processes and training measurement methodologies
- Manage LMS and Content Management
- Training MIS & Dashboards, Publishing a calendar across the organization
- Leadership development and managerial capability building interventions
- Plan interventions related to varied business HR process (engagement, attrition, on boarding, reviews, specific to functions & work groups)
- Manage Succession Planning for critical positions across the organization
- Responsible for creating career development programs across levels
