Position - Sr. Manager - Talent Management & Culture
Location-BKC, Mumbai
Reporting to: Head- People Strategy
Job Purpose: Help Build and Facilitate the Culture & Talent Management practices to meet our People Vision .'Every employee in this organization has an opportunity to succeed'
This role works in synergy with other COEs and HR Business partners; The prime responsibilities and skill sets required to fulfil the requirement of this role are as follows:
1. Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes
2. Drive and Run Talent management strategy and follow through the action plan, through integrated system
3. Understands scheduling techniques estimating, change management, risk management, and progress reporting methods
4. Challenge current practices and think outside the box to generate creative ways to scale interventions
5. Facilitate talent strategy discussion with Business heads along with respective HR Business partners
6. Socialize culture priorities with senior leaders and create avenues for them to demonstrate the same
7. Design and facilitate culture cascade workshops across the organization
8. Support in identification, capability building and activation of Culture Champions across sites
9. Develop innovative HR solutions to meet long term business objectives
10. Design and roll out physical and digital communication collaterals (including mails, digital banners, posters, videos, stationary etc)
11. Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management
12. Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption
13. This position is for an execution-minded team player who excels in cross-functional project management. The incumbent, needs to possess the demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams
14. Lead team (without formal authority) of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members
15. Governance, Reporting and Impact Assessment : Develop a comprehensive process for evaluating impact of culture change interventions and progress being made against the action plans
