We are looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Management for a client with a global presence based at Noida.

Job Details :

Location : Noida

Reporting to : Head HR

Industry : IP Technology

Shift Timings : Regular, 5 days working

CTC : 12 L - 15 L assured

Experience : 5+yrs exp in human resources, organizational development & talent Development

Education : Graduate - Regular; Preference Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR

Principal Purpose of the Job

The position supports the Learning, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Change Management, Career Planning & Leadership Development. It supports the talent head in driving uniform talent management, learning and development philosophy, policies and practices across India for all functions WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF building organizational capability, and developing a talented and motivated workforce with a positive high-performance culture - thus delivering significant competitive advantage for the company WITHIN the limits of organization's overall HR strategy and operating plan, budgets, and statutory and local regulatory environment.

Main Accountabilities:

Training Need Identification & Analysis

- Identify training needs by deploying various TNI tools (Focus groups, Data Analysis, Survey Findings, PMS input etc.)

- Periodically review the training needs of the Organisation

- Analyze specific training needs

- Conduct Focus groups and interviews with all the involved stakeholders

- Publishing the Training Needs Report for reviewing and solutions

Training Content Development

- Creation of Training Framework/Training Approach/Methodology (providing knowledge to application journey through solutions)

- Based on the identified training needs, design a blueprint of the content - Facilitator's Guide,

- Participant Guide, Presentations, Videos, Training Games & activities

- Get the blueprint signed off by all the stakeholders involved (IBU Head, Talent Management Head)

- Develop content based on the signed off blueprint

- Content must be based on Adult Learning Theories

- Creation of forums for action learning

Training programs facilitation :

- Hold workshops and deploy the training programs

- Conduct training programs across levels as per the learning needs

Effectiveness Analysis :

- Conduct training effectiveness surveys

- Hold interviews - with all the involved stakeholders

- Analyse survey results to check learning implementation

Stakeholder Management :

- Hold meetings/focus groups with all the involved stakeholders to check the training needs and relevance of the offerings

- Get 360 view of the learning needs from all the BUs

- Ongoing catch up sessions to check the feedback and effectiveness of the learnings on offer form the stakeholder's point of view


- Training Feedback & Attendance - soft and hard copies - record to be kept & maintained

- Formulation of batches & training calendars

- Sending Training workshops invites & tracking them

- Compilation & analysis of the training data

- Training analysis - Prepare, Analyse & Share with respective stakeholders and action plan if required

Employee Engagement and the EOC journey :

- Create forums/Groups/Opportunities for engaging colleagues (via training, workshops, sessions)

- Creating a world-class New Joiner Onboarding experience by redesigning and regularly updating content & exploring various delivery styles and methodologies

- Training Trainers

- Creating opportunities for aspiring trainers by creating and conducting Train the Trainer programs

- Effectively mentor, coach & guide the new trainers through the learning journey

- Provide regular feedback and conduct regular observations to track progress and retention of learning

- Manage operations trainers to liaise and conduct workshops for Talent Management

- Analyse their performance and feedback to ensure quality

- Training Need Identification & Analysis.
Skills / Experience Required :

- Facilitation

- Content Development

- Training Need Identification & Analysis

- Tools & Technology (MS Office, Windows, Projectors, Multimedia, E-learning software & hardware, Audio & Video conferencing, Learning Management System)

- Firm understanding of traditional and modern training methodologies

- Thorough knowledge of Instructional Design & Adult Learning Principles

- Knowledge of Organizational Development tools preferred

- Stakeholder Management

- Communication

- Coaching & Mentoring

- Strong Planning and administration skills to meet deadlines and objectives

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Presentation Skills
