Designation: Sr Manager - Talent Management
Roles and Responsibilities : Conceptualize and execute initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
1. Succession Planning
- Identify and create a successor pipeline for all critical positions in the organization
- Create IDPs for a successor and conceptualize development plan
- Maintain dashboard and proactively manage the succession transitions
2. Job evaluation & Position analysis
- Update JDs for all roles in the organization
- Conduct position analysis, role mapping in tandem levels, grades and competence
3. Career Pathing
- Conduct internal and external research to provide inputs and insights to identify career path and mobility trajectory within the organization
- Collate historical career movements
4. Talent Strategy :
- Conduct internal and external research to create talent strategy for the organization
- Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions
- Strengthen Talent acquisition platforms- IJP, hiring and onboarding processes
5. Employee Engagement
- Lead annual Employee engagement survey and develop action plans
- Leverage survey data to provide insights for creating an enabling ecosystem for employees
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA (HR) + BA ( Psychology )
- Atleast 4-8 years of experience in Talent Management or in Talent CoE / Talent Management lead
