Helping clients evaluate their current state TA function, from org structure design to modernizing their end-to-end process and user experience or optimizing their TA tech stack, from helping them design impactful DE&I strategies to evaluating and developing branding that helps differentiate the client in the marketplace.we do that! - The Senior Manager makes a strategic impact both internal & for our large, global clients. You the Senior Manager works closely with clients' key leaders, whether the CHRO or head of talent or head of talent acquisition, we serve as trusted advisors in areas the clients need us most. Interprets and understands clients' aims and drivers behind a project / assignment. Actively seeks feedback and measures customer satisfaction throughout the life of a project - People Leadership - the Senior Manager might leverage on internal/external team of consultants with varying levels of experience and expertise. As their mentor, will be responsible for guiding them through the project, providing performance feedback and create a positive employee experience. - Thought Leadership - the Senior Manager couples external experiences with internal tools and methods and readily shares both. Acts as a role model both internally and with external clients. Conducts post project reviews to continue to hone methodologies to provide the best client experience and outcomes. - Project Management - the Senior Manager provides leadership and oversight to project delivery teams of varying size, scale and complexity, determining resource needs, budget requirements and ensures deliverable execution based on our contractual requirements. - Delivery Excellence - the Senior Manager monitors project performance and ensures delivery within time and budget, taking ownership for the commercial and business impact of the decisions made. Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of experience of end-to-end recruitment / Talent strategy, HR consulting & advisory experience with a consulting environment - MBA Degree qualifications in a business-related discipline (e.g., Talent Acquisition organizational behavior, occupational psychology, human resources or change management) - Experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders to convey a point of view or path of action, with demonstrated experience adapting styles for varying audiences - Experience managing programs of varying size, scale and complexity across multiple geographies, including oversight of PMO responsibilities (i.e. project plan, RAID, status reporting, budget/financial tracking, etc) - Experience of having been part of large-scale HR or resourcing transformation / change programs - Experience using a variety of tools and methodologies as may be appropriate for different client situations - Understands the full recruitment lifecycle from experience gained working within Recruitment and/or HR function - Experience of the creation of highly professional PowerPoint presentations that convey a compelling point of view or recommended action to take, using a logical and persuasive storyline.
