Senior Manager - Talent Development - Technology/Financial Services (11-16 yrs)
Role Description
The role involve a combination of strategic thinking & design, program management and seamless execution of programs and activities that are focused on the learning experience pan India. While staying focused on ensuring business impact and continuously enhanced associate experience, this individual will have the following responsibilities
- Lead one of the learning solutions hub while connecting with business stakeholders to understand and agree on the need and baseline of the current state of the learning solution
- Conceptualize and design a holistic solutions based on primary and secondary research based on trends and benchmarks across industry
- Partner with the talent and learning solution hub leads in socializing the concepts/framework with senior leadership in India
- Implement and ensure excellence in execution of learning solutions
- Define lead and lag measures to track progress
- Continuously improve on process and initiatives
Candidate Description
- Demonstrated experience in the area of training and development and learning frameworks
- Ability to consult with mid and senior level leaders
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing frameworks
- Consultative approach to problem solving and solutioning

- Conceptual knowledge and learnability to develop business acumen specific to the industry and organization
Qualifications
- MBA with specialization in HR or SHRM certification
- 12- 15 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing a variety of learning solutions including leadership development
- Experience in technology / financial services industry preferred
