Senior Manager - Talent Development
The purpose of your role :
As a member of the Talent Development team, contribute to the design, development and implementation of solutions. If you are passionate about facilitating associate and organizational success through learning, this might be the right opportunity for you.
The value you deliver :
- Program manage Professional Development & Domain Learning (Business / industry specific learning), including evolving learning strategies and solutions to address needs
- Create innovative learning solutions that enable competence building by partnering with relevant stakeholders
- Work with vendors and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needs and standards
- Monitor learning effectiveness and analyze relevant metrics, working with the HR Operations team
- Align with and leverage global programs for greater synergy
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering programs/initiatives

The Expertise We're Looking For :
- MBA with specialization in HR
- 12+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning solutions
- Experience in managing Professional Development and/or Domain Learning (Business / Industry learning) would be an advantage
- Experience in technology / financial services industries would be an advantage
