Senior Manager - Talent Development - Internet/Online (1-6 yrs)
Brief about the role :

What will you do:
1. Work closely with business stakeholders, HRBPs to understand the business strategy, talent strategy and identify talent development opportunities which will help us perform better
2. Work with employees, managers and teams to understand their developmental needs
3. Apply first principles, forge partnerships to co-create impact oriented development programs that will help teams, individuals maximise performance
4. Act as the program owner - Design to execution, incremental iterations to deliver differentiated talent development programs which are custom made for the target personas
5. Be problem backwards and apply the tools that are required to solve the problem / challenge (the solution could be a learning program, coaching program, craftily designed incentives, tweaks to how work is done / organised etc., your ability to identify right solutions and implement them while taking into account the problem and the context will help you succeed. We believe the right person for this role will be a jack of multiple trades with sound problem solving skills, impact orientation)
